1.       Moisturizing the skin: Moisturizing the skin is one of the most important and best ways to care for the beauty and freshness of the skin, which helps to delay the appearance of signs of aging, and prevents the appearance of wrinkles very effectively. Therefore, it is best to use some types of creams, moisturizers or oil specifically before going to sleep and these oils: Olive oil, almond oil and many others.
2.       Drink plenty of water during the day, because of the importance of drinking water in maintaining the health and freshness of the face, and give the face vitality and activity, in addition to it rid the human body of germs and toxins, and it is best to drink eight glasses of water a day.
3.       Take enough sleep and rest during the day, as many studies have emphasized the importance of sleep in maintaining the beauty of the skin, and the renewal of dead cells and the formation of new cells away from damage, so it is recommended to sleep for at least eight hours continuously.
4.       Regular exercise for half an hour a day, to protect the skin from wrinkles and fine lines and maintain the vitality of the face.
5.       Eat large quantities of vegetables and fresh fruits daily, because of the importance of fruits and vegetables in maintaining the shine of the skin, and types of fruits and vegetables: sweet peppers, apples, cucumbers, tomatoes, and many others. Natural blends to keep the face fresh.

Natural masks to keep the face fresh:

Honey and olive oil: put a tablespoon of oats with a little hot water in a large bowl. Add a teaspoon of liquid natural honey with a teaspoon of olive oil to them and mix well to get a homogeneous mixture, and apply the mixture on the face with continuous massage using Fingers, leave it for only five minutes, and then wash it with warm water and prefer to repeat this mixture twice a week for best results.
